What is included in the rental?
Your chocolate fountain rental includes: premium chocolate, unlimited wooden skewers, a professionally attired attendant who stays onsite during your service time, two hours of service, and free delivery, setup and breakdown in Erie and Niagara counties (travel fees may apply outside of these areas).

What kind of chocolate do you use?
Divine Chocolate Fountains uses only premium chocolate to fill your fountain to ensure that your fountain not only looks beautiful, but tastes great as well. You have your choice of milk, dark, semi-sweet or white chocolate. Ours is a special blend of chocolate that does not require adding oil to obtain the beautiful flow through the fountain. Therefore, the rich and creamy taste of premium chocolate is maintained.

Am I responsible for cleaning the chocolate fountain?
No! The chocolate fountain is broken down and taken away after your event by an attendant. The attendant will show the guests how to use the fountain, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. All you have to do is enjoy the fountain and its wonderful aroma and taste (and compliments from your guests!)

What types of items can be used with the chocolate fountain?
The most popular dipping items include strawberries, pineapple, cookies, pretzels, graham crackers and just about anything else that pleases your palate! Click here to see our complete list of "dippables". We do not allow pound cake or angel food cake due to the fact that they can crumble and disrupt the flow of your chocolate fountain.

Do you supply the dipping items to go with the chocolate fountain?
Divine Chocolate Fountains does not provide the food accompaniments for the fountain as part of the Fountain Rental. Depending on the type of event you are having, the restaurant or caterer you are working with can provide those items for you, or, if it is allowed, you may purchase and provide the items on your own. However, Divine Chocolate Fountains is a full service Fountain company. We would be happy to provide "dippables" for your event, leaving you to enjoy your event worry free! Do you allow clients to provide their own dippables?
Strict health department codes apply for the person, banquet facility or restaurant that wants to provide their own "dippable" items. It is allowed provided they have prepared them according to Subpart 14.1 of the NYS Sanitary code. A special contract for that circumstance can be signed. Divine Chocolate Fountains cannot be held responsible for those "dippables"

How many people does the chocolate fountain serve?
Divine Chocolate Fountains can provide a fountain to meet your event needs. We have fountains that can serve from 15 to 500 guests. We will also have additional chocolate on hand to refill your fountain (for an additional charge) should you desire to have us stay at your event longer than 2 hours. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Can the Fountain be used outdoors?
For the best performance of your chocolate fountain, we do not recommend the fountain be setup outdoors for various reasons. Due to the sweet smell of the fountain, it is likely that insects would be attracted to the fountain which would result in "unwanted guests." Also, it is important that the fountain remain at a constant temperature, which when operating outdoors, can be altered. Finally, wind is not a friend of the fountain. Any disruption of the fountain from wind can cause unwanted results.

How do I reserve a chocolate fountain?
Divine Chocolate Fountains requires a $200 deposit to hold your date with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to your event. We accept cash, checks and Mastercard/Visa. At the time of your booking, we will send you two contracts. One is for your records and the other needs to be completed and returned with your deposit within 5 days. All reservations are tentative until the deposit and completed contract are received. The balance of your payment is due 14 days prior to your event.

Do you use only your own fountains?
Yes, we own all of our machines. They are American made Buffet Enhancements Fountains. We will not overbook and send a fountain from a rental company to your event.
